Patrice Sutton
Executive Assistant
Patrice Sutton started her career servicing customers and striving to provide quality service. Although she experienced different career choices, some stood out and helped pave her way. One of her great job opportunities was working for Fossil, Inc in the Customer Service/Warranty Department. This is where she had her first experience handling multiple phone calls, multitasking and problem solving, while providing each customer with quality service. Years later, she started her career with Clarke American and received exceptional training in being First in Service. During her time there, the company won the Malcolm Baldrige award. The level of training she encountered was very extensive and beyond measure. She also received monthly recognition for the quality service she provided.
Aug 2000 is when Patrice started her career with Momentum Independent Network in New Accounts, then transitioned to Customer Service. Some staffing changes were made and she was laid off. She later returned to work at Momentum Independent Network in May 2009 as a Sales Assistant. May 2024 marks her 15 years of employment with Momentum Independent Network formerly known as Hilltop Securities. She now holds the Title of Executive Assistant.
Patrice has a High School Diploma; an Associates in Science Degree and is working towards becoming a Registered Assistant. Her objective is to consistently provide high level support where analytical and administrative skills will be used to enhance office operations and procedures. She has thirty plus years of increasingly responsible positions in customer service and twenty plus years strongly assisting Advisors, Accountants & Analysts. She loves her career choice, the great group of people she works with and she hopes to have many more years to come.
